Lift-Off Hockey will be holding a holiday development camp this December for young players. Lift-Off Hockey is run by Eric Sikkenga, coach of the Reeths-Puffer varsity hockey team and has been offering regular programs for area youth hockey players of all ages and levels.

Registration Deadline: Dec. 1st

Players registered before Dec 1st can order a Lift-Off Hockey jersey for $10 additional fee.

This (2) day camp will work to develop young players with on ice skills as well as dry-land training to continue their development off the ice.

West Michigan Sports Training

Don't want your son or daughter sitting around in the house all winter???

WEST MICHIGAN SPORTS TRAINING is offering a U-6 and a U-8 league at Lakeshore Sports Centre.

DATES: The league will start December 6th, 2008.

TIMES: The games times will range from Saturday 4:30-7:30 or Sunday 5:30-7:30

COST: The cost of the league will be 400.00 per team for an 8 game schedule.

FORMAT: The league will play 5 players on the field plus a goalie. A roster of at least 10 players and no more than 12 players is recommended.

Deadline for sign-ups: November 15, 2008

• The games will consist of two 25 minute halves with a 3 minute half time.
• There will be no out of bounds.
• There will be no off-sides.
• We will be using a size 4 futsal ball.
• The league is for recreational purpose. All players, coaches and parents should keep this in mind as they join this league.
• This league is ALL ABOUT FUN!
